Below you find our recession-adjusted rates for the 2012 season To avoid bargaining about lower rates by email. chat or phone, we lowered our rates temporarily to a level that anyone who is seriously interested can afford. We realize very well that many Manuel Antonio hotels charge more for a single room or suite than the amount we charge for an entire villa. If you ever wanted to stay in a tropical paradise with your friends or family, this is your opportunity! ~ Payments and Cancellations Payments can be made by bank transfer, bank wire, bank deposit to our bank account in the USA or by Electronic Check (one-time debit charge to your US bank account). At the moment of booking 50% deposit is required; 50% balance payment is due 1 month before arrival. At the moment of booking a suite 100% deposit is required. Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival may be applied to an alternate booking date.
