~ Payments and Cancellations
Payments can be made by Visa / Mastercard credit cards or wire transfer
50% of the rental price is due within ONE week from date of booking to confirm reservation
50% of the rental price is due at least ONE month prior to the first date of occupancy
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival may be applied to an alternate booking date
Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will result in complete loss of deposit,
unless part or all of the dates can be rented to another party by management
Bottom Season rentals: For bottom Season rentals, a 100% deposit is required
Bottom Season rentals are 100% non-refundable!
~ Protecting our animals
It is absolutely forbidden to touch, remove, capture or kill any animal
visiting or living nearby this villa.
Many species visiting or living here are endangered and protected
by Costa Rica law.
Visitors and guests are requested to respect the natural balance between humans
and our surrounding nature
~ Weddings in the Jungle Villa
The Jungle Villa is a great place for wedding parties because of its large one-level living
space and its private location
Before 1999 the Jungle Villa was an exclusive restaurant with seating capacity for 80 persons
Wedding Fee and Location Fee
The Jungle Villa is only available for wedding parties if you rent the villa for 5 or more nights
For wedding parties we charge an extra Wedding Fee of US$ 30 per wedding guest
(minimum 25 guests) and a Location Fee of US$ 495
The wedding Fee includes full-service by our Villa Manager who will negotiate on your
behalf or with you with suppliers of food, tables, chairs,
tableware, flowers, decorations, priest, cook, food, liquors, music (band or dj) etc. etc.
You are free to buy the services wherever you want.
The Jungle Villa doesn't take any commissions from suppliers.
We only try to get the best deals on your behalf.
Our European Villa Manager speaks English, French and Spanish and lives in the Quepos/Manuel
Antonio area since 1994, has a lot of local contacts and a lot
of experience in organizing all kind of (wedding) parties.
His contacts and experience can save you a lot of money!
